1. Only members who are current with their membership dues are entitled to reserve picnics.
2. Each member is responsible for his or her own conduct, and the conduct of their guests.
3. Reservations are scheduled on a first come/first served basis.
4. A reservation must be finalized at least one week in advance.
5. Picnics at South Beach are limited to 50 people. No lifeguard will be on duty.
6. Picnics at North Beach are limited to 30 people. No lifeguard will be on duty as swimming at North Beach is prohibited.
7. Each household may schedule a maximum of two picnics per year on weekends.
8. All guests must follow beach rules, including deep-water swim tests as required by lifeguards.
9. Private club or work picnics are not allowed due to liability. (e.g. Scouts, leagues, etc.)
10. Community Events will be open to Loch Lomond Residents only.

NO Lifeguards will be present.

I have read the picnic and beach rules and understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the elimination of privileges to hold picnics.
