Every one of the 600+ homes in Loch Lomond is assessed an annual dues amount in order for the Association to take care of common areas and provide benefits for the neighborhood. Without these dues, our lake wouldn’t be much of a lake! While residents’ dues cover beach and lake management, they also cover services that benefit everyone in Loch Lomond, even if you don’t spend time at the beaches or on the lake.
For less than a dollar a day, your dues cover these benefits and more:
Beach Benefits
- Lifeguards
- Cleanliness and maintenance of beaches and amenities such as toilets, sheds, changing rooms,
showers, benches, picnic tables, playground equipment, etc. - Landscaping and tree trimming
- Regular repair/replacement of fishing piers, swimming piers, swimming and diving rafts, boat
storage racks, and launch areas - Use of lake for swimming, boating, fishing, ice fishing, ice activities
- Use of North Beach for playground, beach, pier, boat storage, fishing, and pooch paddle.
- Use of South Beach for playground, volleyball net, basketball court, beach, fishing pier,
swimming pier, diving, boat storage, and picnic - Regular events like Loch Fest, boat parade, Easter egg hunt, and more at low or no cost to
residents and families

Common Area Benefits
- Landscaping and maintenance, such as mowing common areas and tree trimming along the dam

- Seal coating of the path by the dam for walkers, runners, and bikers
- Upkeep of fencing to protect safety
- Regular inspection of the dam for structural integrity and efficacy—Remember, the dam is what
gives us our lake to begin with!
