South Beach will once again be staffed for the summer season starting Memorial Day weekend! We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the sun and sand again.
Please keep in mind that great deal of time and money is invested in the Association properties for everyone’s enjoyment, so beach rules have been established to maintain safety, assure proper use of our lake facilities, and prevent vandalism and trespassing. Do your share by obeying and helping enforce these rules, giving your time to help us maintain the areas, and paying your fair share for the use of these properties and equipment. The rules apply year-round. Lifeguards have the authority to remove any person not obeying rules.
Here are a few important reminders:
- Only paid-up residents and their guests are invited to use our beaches.
- Please bring your 2021 beach tags with you each time you use either beach, both during staffed and non-staffed hours.
- Nobody under the age of 16 may enter the beach without a person 16 or older to accompany them.
- All parties at the beach totaling more than fifteen people must be approved through the Administrator with a picnic form and deposit.

Monday – Friday: Noon – 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
